abe8 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "abe8" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the abe8 online betting and casino platform operated at abe8.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and tools made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service on the abe8 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account opened by a Player with abe8, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by abe8 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real-Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method and held in the Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process conducted by abe8 as a condition of Account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on abe8 are denominated for players based in Bangladesh.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational and support purposes at abe8.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with abe8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by abe8 for any reason.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the abe8 platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. abe8 reserves the right to verify all registration details and to suspend any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. abe8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify abe8 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. abe8 may temporarily suspend your Account upon receiving such a notification while an investigation is conducted.

• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account at any time.
• You must not use your Account for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any other person.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all bets, wagers, and game decisions placed through your Account are made by you personally.
• You must maintain a positive Account Balance. abe8 does not extend credit to Players.
• You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC verification request made by abe8 and to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abe8 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abe8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days to clear.
• Funds Source: You warrant that all funds deposited into your abe8 Account are lawfully owned by you and are free from any third-party claim. abe8 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Currency: All displayed amounts, bonuses, and wagering requirements are denominated in BDT. abe8 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Transaction Fees: abe8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and are deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to processing.

abe8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of the payment instrument used for deposit and proof of identity. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method other than one registered in the Player's name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abe8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players, including but not limited to a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrants. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated on the relevant bonus terms page.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the Player's Account. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by abe8 in writing.
• Abuse Prevention: abe8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse or exploit any promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy requirements without genuine play intent.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the permitted withdrawal process following fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

abe8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on abe8 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to that game or market only.

• Bet Placement: A bet is considered accepted only once abe8 has confirmed the transaction and credited the wagered amount from your Account Balance. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant interface at the time of bet placement.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or human error resulting in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome, abe8 reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and return all relevant stakes. No liability is accepted for losses arising from such errors.
• Cricket and Sports Betting: Live and pre-match betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Markets, odds, and in-play availability are subject to change without notice and depend on event status and liquidity.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are streamed from regulated live dealer studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within individual game information panels.
• Disconnection: abe8 is not responsible for loss of connectivity during a game or bet. In the event of a disconnection, open game rounds will be resolved according to each game's technical rules, and the result will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abe8 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, AI agents, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or loophole in the platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of any sport or game featured on abe8.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or to process funds connected to criminal conduct.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication toward abe8 staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical or procedural security measure implemented by abe8.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the abe8 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, brand names, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of abe8 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abe8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of abe8.

Game content, including all slots, live dealer games, and sports data, is provided under licence from the respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction of game content is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data

abe8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abe8 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We implement industry-standard data security measures including access controls, encrypted storage, and regular security audits to protect your personal and financial information.

10 Responsible Gaming

abe8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net gaming activity during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the abe8 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abe8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if abe8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abe8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abe8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection meet the technical requirements for use of the platform.

12 Suspension & Termination

abe8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the event of actual or suspected:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player with their payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.

Upon termination for cause, abe8 may forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the Account and withhold Real-Money Funds pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any remaining Real-Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting abe8 support. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the Player to abe8.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which abe8 holds its international operating licence.

Any dispute between you and abe8 that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall first be referred to abe8's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team at support@abe8.io with full details of your complaint. abe8 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days (BST).

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.

14 Amendments

abe8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, abe8 will provide reasonable prior notice by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the abe8 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.
